Mark Palmer-Edgecumbe is one of the World’s leading diversity practitioners. Mark was Global Head of Diversity at Barclays Group until 2009, where he was responsible for all aspects of diversity and inclusion across the bank’s business worldwide. Mark is now an international consultant in diversity working primarily in the UK and South America. Mark brings a uniquely commercial focus to the area of diversity having previously worked in investment, banking, corporate banking, management consultancy and the media.
