Through their Diversity Champions Programme, the campaigning organisation have helped over 400 corporate companies throughout the UK improve on diversity and equality in the workplace. Stonewall also produces the annual Workplace Equality Index, which lists Britain's top 100 diversity employers. Stonewall have worked closely with the Government for over 20 years to lobby for improved gay rights.
